Kimberley Duarte is a chemical engineer and supply chain leader specializing in new product introduction and sustainable supply chain design. She works at the nexus of material product development, circular operations, and commercialization, helping innovative products and systems move from prototype to scale without losing sight of the supply chain realities that determine whether they succeed.
With a background spanning electrochemistry, advanced materials, and circular supply chain strategy, Kimberley brings a human and operational lens to conversations that often stay theoretical. She serves on the board of the Circular Supply Chain Network and is an active speaker and practitioner on material flows, systems design, and the operational principles that allow waste-to-value and end-of-life programs to scale and endure.
Vivian is Director of Customer Success at GS1 US and a supply chain visibility expert supporting industry adoption of standards-driven traceability. She advances innovation across traceability, sustainability, and circular supply chain initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to pilot scalable models that improve resource transparency, material recovery, and data interoperability. Drawing on extensive experience shaping circular economy efforts through standards, Vivian brings a systems perspective to strengthening resilience, collaboration, and long-term value creation across global supply networks.
Sushma Kittali-Weidner is a product and technology leader advancing AI-powered digital infrastructure for resilient, sustainable, and circular supply chains. She is an independent consultant and serves as a strategy advisor to the Circular Supply Chain Network and serves as a Product Strategy & AI Advisor with the ILO Institute, where she helps transform innovation research into market-ready solutions.
Previously, Sushma served as Chief Product & Strategy Officer at Rheaply, where she led the development of an AI-enabled circular economy platform used by thousands of organizations and major enterprises across healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. Her work has been featured in Google’s Environmental Report, in collaboration with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and NIST, and in outlets such as Forbes and Chemical Watch for her thought leadership at the intersection of AI, circularity, and product strategy.
With a background spanning software architecture, ESG and product stewardship platforms, and global B2B SaaS, Sushma brings a systems-thinking and practitioner’s lens to circular economy and circular supply chain transformation. She holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Michigan and is based in Ann Arbor, where she works with companies and communities to design more regenerative, data-driven supply chain ecosystems.
Nyleve Henry is a Los Angeles–born entrepreneur, climate change activist, fashion designer and Circular Economies innovator whose lifelong commitment to community and conscious consumerism has shaped her career.
After earning degrees in Agricultural Business and Supply Chain Management, she built expertise at companies like Albertsons and Nestlé, where she saw firsthand the environmental cost of traditional linear consumer goods distribution.
Determined to create real solutions, she became a Green Business Founder, sharing her message through her TEDx Talk and launching creative FashionTech, circular distribution initiatives that evolved into Looks For Lease, a zero-waste wardrobe rental startup merging fashion, technology, supply chain innovation and circular distribution.
Today, Nyleve works at the forefront of building start-ups that scale tools to reduce
waste, reimagine consumption, and empower communities to adopt low-carbon lifestyles. She continues her mission to unite artistry, data, and technology to drive scalable solutions for a circular future.
Michelle Tulac is a circular economy expert and systems thinker who brings her experiences in circular economy, life sciences, technology, and design to ventures that support planetary health, build biodiversity, and care for human well-being. Michelle worked at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation accelerating the transition to a circular economy, and at the global design and innovation company IDEO creating human-centered products, services, and organizations that drive business, inspire culture, and shape the future. She works with business, academia, policymakers, and institutions to mobilize systems solutions at scale. She's the founder of MerMaven, a venture studio specializing in design for a regenerative circular economy.
Anita Schwartz is a strategic advisor and President of Circularity Consulting, bringing over 20 years of experience in sustainable business strategies to accelerate the achievement of net zero goals. She consults and supports Fortune 500 clients, non-government organizations, and the public sector entities in embedding a just and equitable transition to a circular economy.
Anita is a founding member of the Circular Supply Chain Coalition where she is building capacity for North American critical minerals reuse and recycling. She also lends her expertise to non-government organizations transitioning to durable and reusable packaging in the consumer goods industry. This work extends to standards development for packaging reuse, which builds on her decade plus tenure at WM Inc and WSP as Vice President of Circular Economy solutions where she led innovative programs for solid waste, recycling, reverse logistics, and bio-based materials.
Anita is a co-author and technical committee member for the UL 3600 Circular Economy Standard and has also served on the Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council: Sustainability and Efficiency Task Force. She is a LEED AP, TRUE Zero Waste Advisor, LEAN Six Sigma professional, and has a B.A in International Business from DePaul University.
Anh Dao is a researcher, educator, and practitioner specializing in supply chain traceability, Digital Product Passports (DPP), and circular economy strategy. She works at the intersection of data analytics and regulatory implementation, with deep expertise in EU DPP frameworks and their operational application. Anh has advised and collaborated with private and public sector organizations across Canada, Europe, and Vietnam, spanning manufacturing and technology industries.
An entrepreneur and investor, she has a track record of building ventures and supporting startups navigating challenges. Grounded in the belief that dialogue and knowledge sharing are foundational to any transformational implementation.

Adam Peterson is a supply chain strategist focused on how global production and supplier networks evolve toward circular, data-driven systems. He serves as Senior Advisor at the Circular Supply Chain Network, working with industry leaders and researchers to advance circular supply chain design and adoption across global industries.
Over more than two decades in consulting, technology, and global operations, Adam has led large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives spanning strategy, network design, planning systems, and supplier ecosystems. His work includes building AI-enabled planning capabilities, modernizing enterprise supply chain platforms, and connecting sustainability goals with operational decision-making. Earlier in his career he advised Fortune 500 companies at Accenture and later led global supply chain transformation initiatives at Microsoft.
Adam holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Texas Christian University and a BA from Washington State University. He is a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Penn State researching circular supply chain transformation.
Dan Main works across the resale and remarketing of surplus assets within industrial, defence, and technology sectors. He works across Bidpath and CA Global Partners, supporting both the delivery of asset sales and the development of tools that enable others to manage their own resale processes.
His experience spans a wide range of asset classes - from heavy machinery and vehicles, including ex-government and defence assets, through to broadcast infrastructure, AV, and IT equipment. Dan’s work sits at the intersection of technology and practice, combining marketplace platforms with hands-on asset recovery and sale execution.
He is particularly focused on improving efficiency and scale through the use of data and AI, helping organisations unlock greater value from surplus assets while supporting more practical, commercially viable approaches to circularity.

Hans Leijen has a broad experience in Supply Chain and Operations in the high tech industry, working for Stork, Océ/Canon and Philips. As senior supply chain consultant at Philips he became involved in circular economy projects, in which he developed strong insights in circular supply chains and became passionate about the topic. In 2024 he joined the Circular Supply Chain Network to support in the acceleration of the transition towards a sustainable and circular economy.
